Directions:  
Pre-heat oven to 425
Mix dry ingredients
Slowly add the buttermilk, use UPTO the 2 cups but just until the mixture forms a soft dough ball
with floured hands and a floured board knead dough ball a few times and shape into a round loaf then cut a deep X into the top so the middle will cook through
Let dough set, room temp upto 30 minutes
Brush dough with leftover buttermilk put on an ungreased cookie sheet
Bake at 425 for 30 minutes
