Directions:  
Combine meat, bread crumbs, egg, bbq sauce and salt. Mix well. Pat meat mixture into 14x8 inch rectangle on waxed paper. Put cheese mixture over meat and roll like jelly roll. Chill several hours or overnight. Slice into 6 servings and place on a shallow pan or cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes
