CL Orange Beef & Broccoli (SN)

1  lb.		Beef Chuck Flat Iron Flank Steak, trimmed & cut into thin slices
12  ounces		Broccoli Florets
1/3  cup		Kitchen Basics Unsalted Beef Stock
1/3  cup		Great Value Orange Marmalade
2  tablespoons		Kroger Lite Soy Sauce
1/4  teaspoon		Kosher Salt
1/2  teaspoon		Crushed Red Pepper
2  tablespoons		Cornstarch

Microwave broccoli according to package directions.
While broccoli cooks, combine broth and next four ingredients (through red pepper) in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk; set aside.
Place cornstarch in a shallow dish. Dredge steak in cornstarch.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add steak to pan; saute 5 minutes or until browned on all sides. Add broth mixture to pan; cook 1 minute or until thick. Stir in cooked broccoli. Serve immediately.
