Cabbage Soup

6  cups		chopped cabbage
900  mL		Diced tomatoes can
1  cup		carrots chopped
1/2  cup		medium yellow onion chopped
1		small potato chopped
10  cups		of water
6  teaspoons		of vegetable broth powder mix
4  tablespoons		chopped parsley
2  teaspoons		dry dill
1  teaspoon		vegeta
2  teaspoons		Canola Oil

Heat up the oil.
Add the onions and fry until soft.
Add the cabbage and fry for a couple of minutes.
Add the potato and carrots and fry for another couple of minutes.
Add the can of diced tomatoes, the water, and the vegetable broth powder and bring to a boil.
After it starts to boil reduce the heat and simmer for 15 -20 minutes.
5 minutes before time is up add the vegeta, the dill and parsley.
Optional: Enjoy with croutons.
