Directions:

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add vanilla and beat again until stiff.

Add walnuts and gently stir to coat walnuts with egg whites

Mix brown sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add to walnut mixture. Mis well.

Pour walnuts of baking sheet and spread into a layer. Place in oven and bake about an hour mixing the walnuts at 15 minute incriments.

It usually takes 45 minutes to bake. You'll know when they are done when you pick one up and walnut is not sticky.
