Preheat oven to 325F; grease and flour a 9x13" pan.
Mix yogurt, oil, and sugar in a bowl. Add raisins, nuts, ginger. Mix really well. Sift in the dry ingredients, stir again. The dough will be thick and crumbly.
Spoon into the baking pan, press down lightly to smooth it out. Bake 23 minutes at 325F.

ICING: Put the last 4 ingredients into the food processor bowl: tofu, oil, sugar, carob powder. Process 4-5 minutes, until it's silky smooth. Spread on the cooled brownies. Cut 6x6 to make 36 brownies.
