Preheat the oven to

If using a bread stone or pizza stone, preheat that in the oven at the same time.

Put all ingredients in the breadmaker and set for Dough setting. Or do two knead and raise cycles without a breadmaker.

Once the dough is ready, shape it into a pleasing shape and bake at 375 on a pizza stone or bread stone. Or put into a loaf pan and place it in the oven.

Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool somewhat before cutting.
