In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients except chicken.

Pound chicken between sheets of plastic wrap or wax paper to 1/4 inch thickness. Place in shallow dish and cover with sauce. Marinate for one hour or longer.

Heat grill or broiler. Remove chicken from sauce. Pour sauce into a small saucepan. Place over medium heat and bring to a low boil. Turn down and simmer.

Grill or broil chicken 4-5 minutes per side or until juices run clear. Spoon sauce over chicken and serve.
