Directions:  
Fry meat in oil. Add flour and stir gently. Add water and balsamic. Cut the onion into quarter or smaller and chop garlic cloves. Add them together with carrots, parsley root and celery, all cut into small pieces. Season with rosemary, salt and pepper. Let it simmer 45-60 minutes. Add the chanterelles and parsley just before serving.
