Directions:  
“RICE”: Place the cauliflower heads (not cooked) into a food processor , pulse until small pieces of ‘rice.’
Melt the oil in large sauce pan. saute the cauliflower until tender, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and saute until fragrant, about 1 minute. cook until cauliflower rice is cooked (about 5 minutes). Remove from skillet.
