Description: Salmon marinated in soy sauce, olive oil, lemon and fresh basil and oregano. grilled on a cedar plank that has been soaked overnight.

Directions:  
mix oil, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a bag, add coarsely chopped herbs. place fillets in the bag and seal. place in a pie plate and refrigerate over night. remove lfillets from the bag. pre heat the grill place the cedar planks that have been soaking in water over night on the heat. grill about 20 minutes.
