Ingredients:  Makes 10 servings (1-0/1 containers)
1  cup
1  cup
4  teaspoons
2  teaspoons
1/2  teaspoon
1/2  teaspoon
2/3  cup
3/4  cup
1/2  teaspoon
2/3  cup
2  tablespoons

Preheat oven to 425
Combine dry ingredients in medium bowl
Add eggs and stir
add milks and stir
add cheese and cayenne pepper and stir
Pour batter into cast iron skillet w/ 1 tbls melted butter (I melt butter in skillet on stovetop, then pour in batter, then put in oven)
Bake 30 min. or until golden brown and toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean.
I cut 10 slices, but you can cut 8 if desired. Nutrition info based on 10
