In small bowl, beat egg with milk. Add cinnamon.

Dip bread into egg mixture. Place one slice in non-stick skillet.

Add cheese on top of bread in pan. Top with second slice of bread.

Cook on medium, until both sides are golden brown and cheese is melted.
