Brown & drain hamburger meat.

Stir in taco seasoning, tomatoes, beef broth and macaroni.

Heat to boiling, then reduce heat, cover pan and simmer 10-13 minutes until macaroni is tender.

While the meat and pasta simmer, melt the butter in a small saucepan.

Whisk in flour to make a smooth paste.

Whisk in milk and continue whisking until sauce is smooth and thickened.

Add shredded cheddar cheese and mix well until melted. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the cheese sauce to the hamburger mixture. Stir gently to combine and serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
