Preheat over to 400

Spray 9x13 baking dish

Combine riced cauliflower and chicken in bowl.

Add in dry seasonings and mix to disperse throughout.

Add in cream, cream cheese, 1/2 shredded cheese, minced garlic and stir to combine.

Transfer mixture to baking dish.

Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.

Remove foil top with remaining shredded cheese and bake for another 10-15 minutes.

Remove from oven and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
