Chia Pinole Cookies

4  tablespoons		of chia seeds
1  teaspoon		of cinnamon
4  tablespoons		quinoa flour
2  tablespoons		rolled oats
2  tablespoons		golden raisins
4  tablespoons		of agave
2		eggs

Grind the chia seeds in a blender or coffee grinder

Add the cinnamon, flour and rolled oats

Toast these ingredients carefully in a frying pan until very slightly brown

Allow to cool

Add the dried fruit

Blend the eggs and honey in a blender and stir into the dry ingredients

Place spoonfulls of the mixture on a greased baking tray and flatten them out

Bake in a moderate oven for about 20 minutes
