Directions:

steam asparagus to crisp tender (or use 10oz frozen package, thawed and drained)

sautee onion, bell pepper, and garlic in oil
3)mix soup, eggs, ricotta cheese, and 1c cheddar
Add onion/pepper/garlic mix
Add chicken and rice (or 8oz noodles); mix well

spread evenly in greased 13x9 dish, top with remaining 1c cheddar

Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes
