Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Coat with cooking spray. Add garlic and chicken; saute 5 minutes. Stir to crumble chicken. Stir in pizza sauce and pepper. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in basil. Let stand 10 minutes.

Unroll dough onto a baking sheet coated in cooking spray. Cut dough into quarters. Divide chicken mix equally between 4 rectangles. Top each with 2 spoonfuls of cheese. For each, fold dough in half over filling, pinching edges to seal. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
