Directions:  
Slice a boneless, skinless chicken breast into strips.
Slice red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and red onion into thin strips.
Heat cast iron skillet on medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil.
When skillet and oil are very hot, add chicken slices. Cook chicken by itself until edges turn white. Then add onion and cook for two more minutes. Then add bell peppers. Add Pappy's Fajita Spice to taste. Cook for another 3-5 minutes (to desired texture of peppers). Meanwhile, shred cheese. Heat tortillas. Serve fajitas on tortillas with sour cream, cheese, and Tapatio. To conserve calories, skip tortillas, sour cream, and cheese. 1 tortilla & 1 oz of cheese allotted per serving.
