In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil and cook chicken until heated all the way through.

Add butter to the skillet and melt. Add yellow onion and saute. Then add green onion and soy sauce. Mix in rice and toss.

Stir rice and fry until steamy hot. Serve and enjoy.
