Whisk together 4 cloves minced garlic, juice on 1 lemon, red wine vinegar, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and oregano in a large bowl. Add a dash of salt and pepper to taste.

Stir in strips of chicken and toss to coat evenly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let marinate in fridge for 1 hour.

Preheat the ovens broiler and place the rack about 6 inches from heat source. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Remove chicken from marinade and shake off excess. Place strips on baking sheet and broil until chicken has lightly browned. Remove chicken from oven and cool.

Toast pitas and top with chicken strips, tomatoes and tzatziki sauce
