Description: breaded chicken covered in spaghetti sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese. Served over a bed of spaghetti.
Ingredients:  Makes 6 servings (3 each)

scramble egg in bowl and mix Parmesan and bread crumbs in a separate bowl.

Pound out chicken to 1/4-1/2 inch

Coat chicken in egg and then coat in bread and Parmesan mixture.

Heat Skillet and oil.

Put Chicken in skillet and brown on both sides.

Put chicken in baking dish.

cover with spaghetti sauce and top with cheese.

cook about 30 minutes or until chicken no longer runs pink.
