Heat pan with oil and saute chopped garlic and onion.

Cut chicken into to strips and added to saute.

Add pre-sliced mushrooms

Prep zucchini and slice thin and add.

Slice cabbage (less the core) into thin slaw and add.

Chop water chestnuts and add to pot along with the can of sprouts.

Shake soy sauce over the top and allow to cook down and serve.
