In a small bowl mixing together soy sauce, vinegar, and oyster sauce.

Cut up chicken breast into bite size pieces.

Spoon enough marinade/sauce over the chicken pieces to coat.

Chop the bell pepper and celery into the same size as the cabbage.

On medium heat, place chicken in a wok or deep skillet.

Stir fry chicken until it begins to turn white.

Add the remain ingredients and rest of the sauce.

Cook until the veggetables are at a desired doneness.

Serve with brown rice or tofu.
