place thawed chicken in crock pot.

then pour onion soup packet over the chicken.

Next pour 1/2 a can of chicken broth over chicken and cook on low for 3-4 hours.

After Chicken is cooked, you will want to place a large pot on a burner with the rest of the chicken broth , minced garlic, and ground cumin in it.

At this time you will also need to cut the zucchini into 3/4 in half rounds and place them in the pot, bring to a boil and let simmer for 3 minutes.
6)After Zucchini has simmered place Drained black beans, drained corn, and rotel in the pot and allow to simmer for 2 minutes.

And Lastly pour the chicken in and make sure the soup is heated thoroughly.

and To serve rip up pieces of tortillas to place in soup, sort of like crackers.
