Chicken Wild Rice Soup Vegetarian

7  cups		water
1  cup		wild rice uncooked
1  cup		celery chopped
1		onion chopped
1  cup		mushrooms fresh
10  pieces		worthington fri chik vegetarian canned
2  tablespoons		olive oil
2  tablespoons		Mckay's chicken style seasoning
3/4  teaspoon		white pepper
3/4  cup		flour
1/2  cup		land o lakes light butter
4  cups		milk
1/2  teaspoon		salt

Cook wild rice in 4 cups water. Set aside.

Saute celery & onion for 5 min. Add mushrooms cook 5-10 more min. Add water, chicken seasoning, chicken and rice. Cook about 15 minutes more.

Melt butter in sauce pan. Stir in the flour until smooth. Wisk in the milk. Add some of the broth to the milk mixture and eventually add to broth in soup. heat thru about 15 min and serve
