Directions:  
preheat oven to 350 degrees. Chop potato, carrots, and onion into big chunks and place in a big bowl. Cut 2 skinless chicken breasts into similar size pieces. In a seperate bowl mix onion soup mix with the italian dressing and water. Pour the tablesppon of oil over the cut chicken. Spinkle a pinch of salt and frind a bit of pepper in and mix together to coat. Pour a third of the onion soup mix and italian dressing over the chicken mix together. Pour the rest of the mixture over the veggies. Mix together and pour in to a glass 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Place in oven and cook until potatos and carrots are tender.
