Sear round steak in large skillet. No oil needed. Then add enough water to cover meat and heat to boil.
Puree in food processor the garlic, cilantro, jalepeno pepper, and stewed tomatos.
When water has evaporated 90%, add puree to meat and simmer until the liquid evaporates again.
Serve on flour tortilla and garnish with cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
