1-1/2  cups
3  tablespoons
2  teaspoons
1  teaspoon
1  dash

Whisk ingredients together until well-blended
Pour into 4 6-oz ramekins and place ramekins into a 10 " skillet
Fill skillet with water up until 1/2 of the top of the ramekins
Bring water to a boil over high heat
Reduce heat, cover, and cook for an additional 10 minutes
Remove form heat and cover ramekins with plastic wrap so that it touches the top of the custards.
Chill for at least 3 hours.
