Odd that the nutrition "facts" for this count 10g protein (when there is no source of complete protein in the ingredients), 0g sodium when beef bullion is full of it, and that with numerous veggies it counts 0g fiber. None of these is accurate nutrition information, but the recipe is exactly what I was looking for!
