Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray nostick cooking spray in a 9X13 pan
Mix cake mix, pumpkin and water.(1/2c.water)
Spread into pan and bake about 25 minutes.
Mix sugar, splenda, cocoa, cornstarch and water in saucepan. Bring to low boil and stir for 1 minute or until thickened.(1/2c. water)
Remove from the heat and add butter and vanilla.
Spread over the cake while still hot.
Cool and refrigerate.
