1  cup		Water 5 TBL 80 degrees
1/4  cup		Oil
3  tablespoons		dry milk
2  teaspoons		salt
2-1/4  cups		bread flour
1  cup		whole wheat flour
1  cup		ryr flour
3  tablespoons		caraway seeds
2-3/4  teaspoons		active dry yeast

1 in a large mixing bowl sift all dry stuff yeast, flours , salt and dry milk add caraway seeds
mix oil honey water and eggs in a separate container.
3 add to flour mix and stir in until a ball of dough is formed, turn on to a floured board and knead until smooth
Place in warm area and allow to rise , punch down and repeat. Divide in two and put in greased bread pans, brush with melted butter
