Directions:

whisk together coconut milk, ginger, lime juice, fish sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, sriracha and xylitol in a mixing bowl.

Heat oil in a large skillet and stir-fry chicken until no longer pink, about 5 min.

add onion and curry powder and cook 2 minutes.

stir in broccoli and stir-fry 5 minutes.

add coconut milk mixture and bring to a boil; turn down heat and simmer for 6 minutes.

add chicken and cook until chicken is heated and veges are tender, about 3 minutes
