1  teaspoon

Shred cabbage and carrots using food processor or grater.
Chop onion.
Combine cabbage, carrots and onion in large bowl.
In a separate bowl combine mayonnaise, horseradish, sugar, vinegar, black pepper and celery salt.
Mix dressing.
Add to shredded vegetable and stir to coat.
For best results refrigerate 30 minutes, but can be served immediately.
