Crab Asparagus Quiche with Hollandaise Sauce

1		9inch frozen pie crust
3		egg whites
3		whole eggs
1/2  cup		skim milk
1  cup		tillamock medium cheddar cheese
1/2  cup		imitation crab meat
1/2		asparagus, chopped
1  pinch		of salt
1  pinch		of pepper
2  tablespoons		Knorr Hollandaise Sauce Mix - Prepared with Skim Milk
1  cup		Nonfat Milk without Added Vitamins A & D
1/4  cup		Brummel & Brown yogurt butter

Mix eggs and egg whites in a bowl. Add milk,cheese, salt and pepper. Place veggies in bottom of pie crust, prepared as directed (sometimes bake a little before). Pour egg, cheese and milk mixture over veggies. Bake at 350 degrees until set (fork in center comes out clean) about 30-45 minutes.

Mix hollandaise sauce as directed and pour a couple tablespoons over each piece.
