Description: Pork Chips sauteed with onions and carrots in a cranberry sauce.
Ingredients:  Makes 1 serving

1/8  cup
 
1/5  cup
 
1-1/2  fl. oz.
 
1/2  tablespoon
 
1/2  teaspoon

Directions:

Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Brown chops 1 to 2 minutes per side. Set aside.

Sauté chopped onions and carrots until brown and tender.

Return chops to pan and add stock. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer 10 to 12 minutes, until pork is cooked throughout.

Remove chops and keep warm.

Add vinegar and cranberries to skillet. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until cranberries pop.

Return chops to skillet and cook until chops are heated through. Top chops with cranberry sauce from pan.
