Directions:  
In a small saucepan, cook onion in butter or margarine till tender, but not brown. Stir in flour. Drain mushrooms. Stir in drained mushrooms, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes more. Stir in sour cream, heat through (Do not boil.) Serve with poultry, beef, pork, or burgers. Makes about 1.5 cups.
