Directions:
boil noodles and crushed red peppers with a tsp of butter

once noodles are done save 1 cup of the broth then strain the noodle

add 1/4 of the noodle broth to the boiler along with all the spices and butter.

let simmer for 2 mins then add milk and whisk for 1 min over med heat add noodles, garlic and Parmesan.

notes you can add more broth if needed I prefer a thicker sauce, I also prefer to leave it in the boiler for a few more mins to brown the Parmesan a little. However it is done at step 4. and any Cajun or Italian spice works however I prefer tones seasonings they have less sodium than most others. I would recommend adjusting the seasoning amount to taste some find it over powering while others find it bland it really varies by person.
