Directions:

Rinsed and quarter potatoes and place in bottom of Crock Pot

Peel, Rinse and cut Carrots into bite sized pieces and place in Crock Pot.

Place Roast on potatoes and Carrots.

Sprinkle Onion Soup Mix on Roast.

Pour Water over Soup Mix.

Cover and Cook on Low Heat for 16 hours.

Use remaining Juice to prepare gravy using your recipe of choice.
