Description: This is a great stew for the winter time! - Just throw all ingredients in and 8 hours later come home to a delicious warm meal.
Ingredients:  Makes 6 servings (9 cups)

Directions:  
This is a CrockPot Recipe
Cut up beef cubes into smaller bite size portions - add to pot
Cut up Carrots - add to pot
Cut up Potatoes - quartered - add to pot
Cut up Onions - minced - add to pot
Pour in 1 can/bottle of Beer (whatever brand you have on hand)
About a half can of tomatoe Paste
Throw in Spices
Put Crock Pot on Low and cook for 8 hours

When 8 hours is up, stir 1/3 cup of melted butter with 1/3 cup of flour together to make a paste... add this paste to the pot and let cook for an additional 15 min so it thickens up. This is real good!
