Directions:  
chop carrots and place in crock pot
chop onion and place in crockpot
put green beans in crockpot
cube chicken and put in crockpot
measure rice and put in crockpot
put water in crockpot
mix gravy and seasonings in a bowl and pour on top of food in crockpot
set crockpot to low and cook for 6-8 hours (last hour-change setting to medium)
