Combine and mix-up the cauliflower, broccoli, mushrooms, onions and swiss cheese in a large bowl.

Put mixed veggies in a greased 10 inch pie plate.

Wisk together the cream, eggs, salt, cayenne pepper and sugar until smooth. Pour evenly over the veggies in pie plate.

Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes to set the quiche.

Reduce temperature to 300 degrees and bake for another 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.

Let rest for about 10 minutes after taking out of the oven.
