Directions:

Boil chicken breasts for 20 minutes until no longer pink.

Saute broccoli, carrot, onion, chick peas in olive oil until softened in saucepan

Bring 1 3/4 cups of chicken stock to a boil in same saucepan; gradually stir in couscous.

Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
