Directions:  
Scramble egg whites with mushrooms. Place eggs on one tortillia. Layer green onions, peppers, cheese on tortillia. Place other tortillia on to and heat in skillet or over for 5 min or until cheese is melted and outside is crisp. Flip to toast the other side.
