Boil water in a pot on the stove for eggs. Drain tuna and put into a bowl large enough for adding the rest of the ingredients. While eggs are boiling, remove core from apple and dice; add to tuna along with mayo and relish. Once eggs are finished cooking, peel and dice then add to bowl. Mix all the ingredients until mayo is evenly distributed. Add about 2 spoon-fulls onto your bread and enjoy!
