Description: 1 serving equals approximately 5 oz This is same recipe as Dijon-Crusted Fish, I used half of ingredients for sauce because Tilapia is so thin, cut calories a little, kept bread topping same.

Remember to save half of Parmesan cheese for bread mixture (1 Tbsp).

Combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, mustard, and horseradish. Place fillets on baking sheet coated with cooking spray and spread mayonnaise mixture over each fillet.

Combine bread crumbs, butter and remaining Parmesan cheese; sprinkle over fillets and bake at 425 for 13-18 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
