In a large bowl combine flour, yogurt and water. Mix well and cover with a damp kitchen towel. Place in warm spot (oven with light on works well) for at least 24 hours.

Preheat oven to 350F.

Prepare loaf pan with a light coating of olive oil and then dust with one tablespoon of flour. Shake out excess flour.

Once the sit time has passed, put the flour mixture in the bowl of a food processor or mixer. Attach the dough hook and knead for 10 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and process a little longer until well mixed.

Place dough into prepared load pan and bake in hot oven for 1 1/2 hours. The loaf should spring back when pressed lightly on top. Turn out of pan and serve with savory foods. This bread is wonderful toasted with herbed yogurt cheese spread.
