Easy Stromboli

1  lb.		lean ground beef
10  ounces		Stew Leonard's Pizza Dough
4  ounces		Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese
1/4  cup		Pizza Sauce
1/4  cup		Chopped red or green bell pepper
1/2  teaspoon		Italian Seasoning to Taste

Set oven to 400 F
Brown beef in pan on stove-top. Drain grease and set-aside
Grease an 8x12 with a non-stick cooking spray (PAM works well)
Using fingers, kneed dough to fill the pan.
Add sauce to dough, keeping a 2 inch margin on the long side and a 1 inch margin on the short sides.
Add ground beef in a 3 inch wide strip down the center of the dough.
Add cheese and peppers
Gently roll up sides and ends of dough to seal in the center and along the ends. Press firmly to create seal.
Cook for approximately 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown
