Combine eggs and milk. Beat well.
Pour egg mixture into non-stick omelette pan or skillet.
Add ham and cheese.
Cook on medium heat until egg begins to bubble.

fitclick left off the cholesterol it is over 200 per egg. so that makes it 400 and you are suppose to have only 300 or under a day.
