In non-stick fry pan (on medium heat) add water

stir fry the chopped ham, sliced onion, sliced mushroom

in a small dish beat the eggs lightly add a little pepper

lower the heat to medium low

spread the ham and veggies evenly throughout the fry pan

start to pour the eggs outer edges to the center, tilting the pan

let the mixture set for a few seconds

if needed loosen with the spatula

fold the egg over to form the omelet top with cheese
